Stockman’s Post - Semillon Chardonnay (2004)
This is a very nice white. It is not sweet, but still fruity, has a small amount of bite too it and honestly - exquisitely balanced.
This would go very well with spicy asian foods - something along the lines of a satay, or even red or green Thai curry, possibly also salt and pepper squid.
Well recommended.
