Wirra Wirra “Scrubby Rise” - Shiraz (2006)
A blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Savignon, Petit Verdot from Wirra Wirra predominantly shiraz - this is a bargain basement wine, but the quality is so much higher than that - take it to a BBQ and among the wine drinking people there, 50% of them will love you, 50% of them will not be overly impressed, but you won’t get booted out thats for sure.
It’s cheap enough to grab a bottle or three and determine if you like it or not, very much down to personal tastes.
