Hardy’s Show Port “Cellar Reserve”
This port from Hardy’s is rather nice, it has all the right flavours – massive quantities of fruit and ooodles of wood. This is very pleasent after a meal on a cold evening.

Currency Creek Estate – Shiraz (2003)
“The Creek Station” as it is branded from Currency Creek in South Australia have this Shiraz out which is good for drinking now, there is no over all amazingness to it that would make it my staple, but it is definatly not unpleasent with few of the harsher flavours associated with young bulk wine.

Young Maid – Cherry Port (NV)
Whilst visiting Young in NSW I picked up a bottle of “Cherry Port” from “The Jam Factory” (Young is a big cherry growing region). This port is sickly sweet with a hint of toffee/caramelisation. It was not entirely displeasing, but definatly way too sweet. I’d not reccomend it for people looking for a different style/type…

PuTTY – Registry Location for its settings
PuTTY is a handy little program, sometimes however you might like to change the background colours for multiple saved sessions, it can often be easier doing this in the registry, rather than via the GUI. The path you’ll need is “My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham\PuTTY\Sessions\” Colour2 is the “Default Background”.
