Saltram – Mamre Brook – Cabernet Sauvignon (2004)

This is a decent Cabernet Sauvignon hailing from the Barossa Valley in South Australia.

Currently it is a bit young, but should age orrite in the bottle.

It has spicy berry fruits with a little not quite ripe satsuma plum the level of astringincy is pleasant on the palate during the closing moments of? tasting. Its spicyness is fine (if there could be such a thing) and overall this I would say is a pleasing drop.
