This is most interesting, if Apple are able to achieve an snappy user interface they will have an excellent chance at snapping away users from Microsoft’s Vista not to mention the ideas behind the optimisations for many threads/cpu cores in high level library’s could be useful to many operating systems. I look forward to seeing some results from this research soon.
