Yarra Burn – Pinot Noir (2001)
This drop, while in and of itself is not all that horrible, it has confirmed to me that I do not like wines made from Pinot. They seem too superficial with the fruitiness being nice and strong, but it is not offset well with its acid content. To me its just bam, in your face and gone, nothing to savour nothing to enjoy. At least I know to concentrate on my Cab’s and Shiraz’s now.
