- 500g minced pork
- 300g prawns (ground)
- 1 carrot (shred)
- 80g (dried shredded fungus. Soak in warm/hot water to soften) chop to shorter pieces.
- 60g mung bean vermicelli noodles (soak in warm water til slightly soft, then cut/chop into shorter pieces -3cm
- 50g small red shallot (finely chopped)
- 1tbsp chicken powder (usually the Knorr brand)
- 1tbsp (sugar)
- 1 tsp (salt)
- 2 packs spring roll pastry
- 1 tsp (pepper)
- 0.5 tbsp osyter sauce
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 eggs
Sauce:
Fresh chilli, fresh garlic, sugar (not too much), and fresh lime, fish sauce (a good Viet dipping one). The reason i say “fresh” because the ones in jars and bottle are terrible and would not taste the same.
