d’Arenberg – “The Peppermint Paddock” – Chambourcin – Sparkling Red – (NV)
This is a delightful sparkling Red that explodes on the tounge and leaves a pleasant taste in the mouth. Its fruity, but big and bold like a Red yet not too bold to be enjoyed as a sparkling. Get into it, its good stuff! I am very glad that I got a 1/2 case from the cellar door when I tried it when visiting their winery!
