- 1x.25tsb Citric Acid
- 200g Dry Corn Syrup

FG: (target: 1.014 – ~4%abv)
Shooting for a refreshing belgian style wit beer. Will add another 0.25 tsb citric acid at bottling time, top just add a little zing and lift.
