Wallpaper is always nice, and these shots are well good. Nice to see Australia making such a decent showing.
Mac OS X 10.4: How to prevent .DS_Store file creation over network connections
The fun that is DS_Store files blatted all over network shares is not so much an issue if you are using a mac connecting to another mac, but when you’re playing within Windows fileshares (SMB/Samba shares) people tend not to view them too kindly. The fix is stupidly easy to apply well handy to know about none the less 😀
Spotting a fake: ?New apple design? – Warpspire
When the original piece appeared on digg, there was much fuss regarding this being potentially real, and the detactors pointing out why it is likely not real. As? it has since been shown this was a portfolio piece, but the article here, goes over some good points, that people should apply to other sites when seeing “new” design. (Obviously with the individual aspects being examined relative to the appropriate brand).
Further to earlier series (parts) of Movember (2006) here is the fourth week – the home stretch as it were.
Update #22 : Trying to get the “handlebars” to join to the mo proper. Its close and almost happening, only 9 days to go, not sure how it will work out.
Update #23 : Something seems to be happening – it has almost joined, the left side has a distinctly red patch in it, most spooky.
Update #24 : Still growing. Only 7 days to go – lets hope merv the swerve can pull it off, else we’ll have to send in the Boonie!
Update #25 : How good was the cricket? – there was no update yesterday, not much is changing, cest la vie.
Update #26 : After some warmer weather, it is somewhat colder this evening, seems perfect weather for spiders to grow – killed three very large redbacks today one w/ an egg sack. Not sure that its mo growing weather, but looks like its defiantly time for some serious contact spray.
Update #27 : Three days remaining and the mo is almost complete. The handlebars look a lot better in real life (well as much as they can) compared to the piccie. I am actully looking forward to being clean shaven again!
Update #28 : Well I missed a few updated, but there is the last one in character for tonight. Looking forward to being clean shaven again!
(Note: 15 March 2014 – removing links to now defunct albums page) Including some special edition shots 😀

This is a passable blend of Cab Sav and Merlot – not entirely my favorite variety (merlot) combined with one of my stable drinks. I actually enjoyed this drop post airing and it went rather well with my Mushroom & Chizoro Sausage spag bol.
This is definitely past its best, but it was never very good to begin with. Decanted and opened up its drinkable with a meal, but not something that you would want to take to a dinner party.
