Coming from France I expected better. Avoid this one and go for the Yellow or Pink at half the price, about the same quality in my not so humble opinion.

the third week of Movember
Further to the first two movember articles I wrote, this is my third. It is for charity – my ID is 18640, I am a member of the team MOSOS.
Update #15 : Well this is the end of the the day 14 November – I really realy really need the sides to link up or my Merv will become a Boonie!
Update #16 : This update has been intentionally left blank.
Update #18 : Its still progressing there is a slim chance that they will connect and the merv will be completed. And then, the world will be mine 😀
Update #19 : Shaved head, unshaved head!
Update #20 : Boof head! Not looking very friendly. The current weather in Canberra is well dodgy, I don’t recommend it at all!
Update #21 : Super ultra mega close up. Check out that schnoz!

Grandin – Methode Traditionnelle – Brut Rose (NV) – Sparkling Rose
This is pleasant enough, but not really good enough to rate it as highly recommended, although it is definatly worth its price as compared to the stuff below this affordable bracket.
-
d’Arenberg – “The Peppermint Paddock” – Chambourcin – Sparkling Red – (NV)
This is a delightful sparkling Red that explodes on the tounge and leaves a pleasant taste in the mouth. Its fruity, but big and bold like a Red yet not too bold to be enjoyed as a sparkling. Get into it, its good stuff! I am very glad that I got a 1/2 case from the cellar door when I tried it when visiting their winery!
-
d’Arenberg – “The Money Spider” Roussanne – 2005
This is a white wine hailing from the McLaren Vale – it is neither too dry, or too sweet but a nicely balanced white that goes well with food. I enjoyed this one in and with a Beef Stroganoff and it was pleasant. Not knowing enough about whites or my tastes in them, this “review” will just have to say that I enjoyed it and will add it to the rotation.
-
Hugh Hamilton – “The Odd Ball” Saperavi – 2005
This Red is beyond a red in colour, it is almost black in the glass with flourescent purple minicus where the wine meets the glass. And its flavour – not like anything you’ve had before. It has the body of a Cab, the fruit of fruit and the spice of a Shiraz, but tastes nothing like the individual wines nor a blended wine.
This is on unique wine that I recommend, good for drinking with friends and spices from things like a salami served with an antipasto platter do not overpower this drop! 😀 Go for it! It should be noted the only way to get hold of this is to be a member of the BlackSheep club should you decide to join, let ’em know about where you heard it from (Member #1500, or this post should cut it)

Movember (Part Deux)
Earlier I posted this article on my blog.
Well this is where I am posting the second week of my movember saga, and the little piccies that go along with it.
Please remember this is for charity and your donations will help! To donate please go to http://www.movember.com.au/au/sponsor, enter my Rego number which is 18640 and your credit card details. All donations of $2 and over are tax deductible. I am doing this as part of a team – you might also like to sponsor these mo?s!

18640 Malcolm McGrath
21161 Fred Johnson
21447 Nathan Reilly
25259 Darren Hitchman
25319 Stuart ReayThe money raised by Movember will be used to change the face of men?s health by creating awareness and funding research into prostate cancer and male depression.
Update #-1 : Just a reminder of where we were at yesterday – see earlier article for the beginning of movember.
Update #09 : I have decided that my mo shall hence forth be known as “Mini Merve” for the mo is indeed progressing, however should the “wings” not take and link properly with the rest of the mo, we may have to bring on the 12th man. Let us hope things do not come to that. For a Boonie might be too much work for us!Update #10 : Wear sunscreen! You may have the movember mo, but it won’t stop you from turning into a lobster!
Update #11 : There be a most unflattering “side” profile shot and of course a blurry frontal – the mo is progressing somewhat – seems i have a few too many bare patches 🙁
Update #12 : Update of the mo, its beginning to become defined now and the moburns are coming along nicely.
Update #13 : Not much seems to be happening, although the quality of the piccie taken with the MBP’s inbuilt isight is better than the HP hw6965.
Update #14 : The team
The ?MoSOS? team consists of:
18128 Jon Walker (Capt)
18640 Malcolm McGrath
21161 Fred Johnson
21447 Nathan Reilly
